This policy explains what LeadForge (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email, hashed password, and workspace name.
• Lead & site data — the business leads you search for or import, audit results, and the websites you generate.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we store only your plan, subscription status, and renewal date, never card numbers.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the product, generate audits and sites, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, secure your account, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.

Third-party services

To deliver features we send the minimum necessary data to: AI providers (to generate audit summaries and site copy), a places/search provider (to find business leads), our payment processor (to handle subscriptions), and an email provider (to send account emails). Each processes data under its own terms.

Data isolation & security

The service is multi-tenant by design: every workspace’s data is scoped to its account and isolated from others. Passwords are hashed, and access is restricted to your authenticated session.

Your choices

You can update your profile and workspace at any time, delete leads and sites you’ve created, and request deletion of your account by contacting us.
